Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present to the academic community the convenience of speaking of economic law, and not administrative law, when we refer to the legal regime of administrative acts of Banco de la República; understanding by economic law the right to State intervention in the economy, or as the right mixed that permeates it, both the public and private law. This topic has an interdisciplinary approach that links the law and economics.
