Legal clinics as key actors in the defense of the rights of victims in the post-agreement

Abstract
Through this article we try to identify the role of legal clinics of public interest in relation to the defense of Human Rights (HR) of victims in the framework of the post-agreement. The starting point is the studies on the role of clinical education as a transforming practice and the need to establish the role of these in the protection of their rights without implying replacing the role of the State. For this purpose, it has been proposed, first of all, to review what is meant by defending the human rights of the victims, including the scope, purpose and forms that constitute it. Secondly, to carry out an analysis on the challenges that Colombia faces in the repair and protection of its faculties, with the purpose of approaching a proposal of what should be the clinical work under its conservation and, finally, to share some ideas and experiences of the work of the Legal Clinic in Human Rights of Universidad Santiago de Cali University (USC).
