Abstract
The 1991 Political Constitution of Colombia marks thirty years of guiding all areas of law; hence, the application of the phenomenon or process of the constitutionalization of law has become one of the major themes of neo-constitutionalism. This anniversary has generated the need to revisit the principal legal categories in order to consolidate or eventually reconsider their scope. Therefore, in this new volume, a group of scholars analyzes some of the most important institutions established by the 1991 Constitution, with the aim of contributing to reflection on the implications they have had over time.
