Abstract

This research intends firstly to contribute to the design and participatory implementation of public policies that not only alleviate congestion and improve the quality of mobility in Ibagué, but also reverse the deterioration of the quality of life in our city. The participatory aspect of the design and implementation of the support system will allow it to be used as an instrument of citizen education.
