Abstract
Dos mil tres mil is a peer-reviewed, open-access, continuous publication journal that publishes research on law, political science, and related fields. The journal adopts a continuous publication model. All accepted articles are published sequentially and classified according to the journal’s sections.
This edition of the journal is dedicated to publishing several texts related to private law, ranging from the substantive to the procedural dimension (procedural rules). It is the responsibility of academia to lay the foundations for this modern economic law in accordance with the needs of contemporary transactions, while fostering a culture of risk prevention in cases of contractual breaches and unlawful acts within companies, as well as promoting the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. All of the above is framed within the application of the Economic Analysis of Law (EAL) approach.
