Abstract
As a tribute to the Administrative Law Specialization program at the University of Ibagué, this special edition of the journal Dos mil tres mil was created. It features contributions from various authors who present their reflections and proposals on topics such as the abuse of voting rights in Simplified Joint-Stock Companies, the right to political freedom of expression on social media, and the debates surrounding state liability for damages arising from unconstitutional laws.
