Abstract
Over the last twenty years the process of globalization has consolidated as a beacon for the resolution of conflicts arising due to the technological advances of the digital age. This has rendered imperative the need of judicial harmonization, in order to keep up with the challenges of the postmodern era, in the face of continuous scientific innovations.
