Abstract
Intersex is a condition that has been presented over time, which has led to the lack of definition of the person. This is a situation that affects the sexual identity of the individual who possesses it. From the Argentinean film XXY (2007), this article seeks to make a review of the Colombian jurisprudence in this area, in order to establish at present how the treatment given to this group of people is and thus establish the premise if the sexual identity must also be considered as one of the attributes of personality.
