Abstract
This document summarizes and discuss the importance of the study conducted by the lawyer Cesáreo Rocha about the link between law and neurosciences applied to the imputability analysis. From a psychological approach, the text presents the main contributions of the book Law and Neurosciences, a complementary relationship in a clear and supported way in the interdisciplinarity of discourse.
