Abstract
This article will reflect on why it is important to frequently study political philosophy in the undergraduate programs of political science at universities; as well as to demonstrate that this branch of philosophy is not in a crisis of extinction in our daily work, on the contrary, at all times we resort to it even though we do not identify it. The text corresponds to the result of one of the academic activities of the Administrative Law research team named Jaime Vidal Perdomo, belonging to the Law program at Universidad de Ibagué.
