Abstract

Decision making is a transcendental process that is presented in a complex reality with multiple variables and restrictions, for which methods of optimization and artificial intelligence have been developed in order to support the execution of this process in a more feasible way. In this journal article, a French professor, expert in these subjects, presents his point of view on how convenient and beneficial it means to begin to implement these techniques in Tolima.
