Abstract
In this article, a summary of the results on the analysis of the socioeconomic impact in the interest groups is made, based on the irregularities presented in the construction of the sports venues for the XX National Games 2015 in the city of Ibagué. This problem directly affected the athletes, who needed the facilities for their training. Based on these irregularities, the effects generated in the sports leagues were identified, from three fundamental aspects: organizational, social and economic. The basis for regulating the practice of sports, recreational and leisure activities is Law 181 of 1995.
