Contributions for a Pragmatic Strategy on the Criminal Liability of Legal Entities

Abstract
The criminal liability of legal entities is one of the most important topics in Economic Criminal Law; it puts in tension the traditional crime theory, built for individual and non-corporate behavior, that is, anthropocentric. The issue has political-criminal reasons, and from this point of view the criminal dogmatics is insufficient. For this reason, a pragmatic strategy is proposed as the most effective tool to regulate the liability of legal entities.
