Abstract
This document briefs the 2nd Convention on Administrative Law Jaime Vidal Perdomo, which took place on Wednesday 15th September 2021 at University of Ibagué. Throughout this paper, several thoughts and deliberations are shown on topics such as the importance of legal precedent in administrative law, unnamed
rights, fiscal control in the current Political Constitution, personal damages (extra pecuniary damages) caused by foray on legal interests constitutionally and conventionally protected, State intervention in economy since the 1991 Political Constitution, and the constitutionalisation of the administrative act.
