Authorship: Who owns the rights to creations in the age of Artificial Intelligence?
Main Article Content
Abstract
Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the capacity to make inventions that could be protected by copyright law. However, there is currently considerable resistance to copyrighting these productions because they do not originate in the human mind, a criterion that is considered essential for their
inclusion in this group. Although this tendency predominates, there are some interesting positions that challenge it. In any case, several actors are involved in the creation, so it is important to recognize the contribution and the intention of each one.
